 WESecureU are well positioned to offer a variety of consultation services.  We give objective advice and access to our specialised expertise.  You can use our services to fulfil a one time project or you can outsource any part of your IT Services.  We can be involved with project scoping and planning right through to ensuring your project is delivered within budget, on time and to your satisfaction.  Consultancy fees can be per day or a fixed fee for well defined deliverables.

Design

We understand the importance of the design phase.  Your technology goals and business objectives are identified and translated into technical requirements.  We consider your current infrastructure design and ongoing issues.  Our design will deliver the desired reliability, scalability, performance, support, management, vendor alignment, standardisation, security and guaranteed uptime. 

Procure

Effective and efficient procurement processes are important to us.  Our focus is not just on price but the cost over the life and the quality of goods and services.  We work closely and have strong relationships with strategic vendors.  We complete the procurement process with purchasing and fulfilment services.

Configure

Wherever possible we pre-stage all technical components off-site in advance of implementation.  This ensures we avoid unnecessary and costly delays onsite due to equipment malfunction or unplanned configurations.  Pre-staging includes performance and reliability testing following well-defined simulations.  We welcome customers to visit and inspect any pre-stage environment we are building for them.

Train

We can deliver tailored training sessions on any element of the services we deliver.  We can also design a training programme for any technical elements you already have onsite.  The training is usually delivered by the Consultants who designed and configured your systems.  Not only are these training courses cost effective and highly relevant they ensure you are maximising your systems performance through appropriate management and monitoring.  Importantly, staff confidence, motivation and morale is improved. 

Support

If you choose to let us support your systems you have an almost infinite range of options.  We have a telephone support line backed up with a call logging service.  You can choose any combination of onsite visits, remote support sessions, consultancy days and flexible response times.  Any of which can be scheduled to suit your business operating hours.  If we have not installed your systems we will need to perform an audit and review any systems documentation you have.
